Specialist clinics run on set days by appointment. Laboratory sample collection starts at 7:30 am on weekdays.
Booking questions
Do I need a referral letter?
No. You can book any specialist directly. If you have a referral letter or earlier results, bring them, as they help the consultant make the most of your appointment.
How much is a specialist consultation?
For self-paying patients, a first specialist consultation is ₦45,000 and a review within six weeks is ₦30,000. Tests, scans and medicines are quoted before they are done.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Call or send a WhatsApp message at least 24 hours before your slot and we will move it at no charge. Late cancellations by self-paying patients may attract a ₦10,000 fee.
I am an HMO enrollee. What should I bring?
Bring your HMO card or enrollee ID and a valid photo ID. Our HMO desk obtains any pre-authorisation code before your consultation, so please book at least one working day ahead.
